Focus on Dalian is the leading bilingual magazine about the city of Dalian (China).  It covers events, arts, culture, food and travel.  In my role as Dining Editor, I wrote recipes, articles and reviewed restaurants.

Developed and taught a two-day seminar for Liberty Insurance on Spanish work culture. We covered topics such as the working day, customs, and the lunch hour.
